I want you to be happy with your prints! Please inspect your order upon deliverly and, if there are any issues at all with your order, please write to ella@egcreativesolutions.com so that I can organise a replacement print, or a refund.

Prints are placed in a clear sleeve with a cardboard backer, packaged in a custom, protective cardboard envelope and sent flat-packed to you via NZ Post.
Orders as usually sent out within two business days.
